Rights retained by the People
The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
What does this mean??
It mean that people are in tilted to certain rights and can not be denied them by others.
Why this video??
Even though this is a silly little movie it does explain what exactly the ninth amendment really means. It also talks about how many people don't even know their rights.
